Restored in 1560 (the 15th year of King Myeongjong's
reign), it enshrines four great Chinese scholars, four confucians

Positioned in Sunchang Elementary School which
is next to Sunchang-gun Office, it's well preserved without
being burnt during Korean War.
At present, Jeongdang and Dongjae remained only. The refined
Gaeksa is the place where Korean militia (Ik-Hyeon Choi and
Byeong-Chan Im) fought against Japanese invaders.
